Shaw Bakers (formerly Bay Bread) has been operating in the Bay Area since 1996.
Our mission has always been to offer great food at an affordable price to as many people as possible. Since our humble beginnings on Fillmore street in San Francisco, we bake everything with love and joy, and - in the very best of French traditions - plenty of pure butter.
